Short Biography:

He is an associate professor in the sociology department at the University of São Paulo. Associate Professor at the University of São Paulo (2012), PhD in Philosophy from USP (1998) and Master in Philosophy from UFRGS (1992).

He has experience in research and teaching in the areas of sociology and philosophy, with an emphasis on sociological theory, working mainly on the following topics: critical theory of society, sociology of Marxism, social theory, sociology and German philosophy.
