Short Biography:

Before becoming a professor in the Sociology department at FFLCH/USP, she was a post-doctoral researcher at the Centro de Estudos da Metrópole (CEM) with a FAPESP scholarship and, before that, she was a post-doctoral researcher in the Anthropology department of the same faculty. He also collaborated with the Gerar Institute of Psychoanalysis, was a thematic research fellow at Mecila (Maria Sibylla Merian Center - Conviviality-Inequality in Latin America), and a professor at the Faculdade Latinoamericana de Ciências Sociais (FLACSO) in the master's course on State, Government and Public Policy (Rio de Janeiro, RJ). Previously, she was a fellow of the Alexander von Humboldt Stiftung for the Bundeskanzler-Stipendium für Führungskräfte von morgen program; developing work with Berlin Feminist Film Week. In 2018, she completed his PhD in Education in the Social Sciences and Education research line at the Faculty of Education at Unicamp, with a sandwich period at the Center Européen de Sociologie et Sciences Politiques (CESSP) at the École des Hautes Études de Sciences Sociales (EHESS) in Paris, France, under the supervision of Gisèle Sapiro, and a research internship at the Museo de Antropología of the Universidad Nacional de Córdoba (UNC), in Argentina, under the supervision of Gustavo Sorá. She has a master's degree in Education also in the Social Sciences and Education research line from the Faculty of Education at Unicamp (2013) and a Bachelor's and Degree in Social Sciences (2009) from the Institute of Philosophy and Human Sciences (IFCH) at Unicamp. She is the author of Sociology/Humanities textbooks and integrative projects (research) for High School from Editora Moderna, circulated by PNLD and the private market. In the past, she was a columnist and freelancer for different websites and media outlets, as well as a high school sociology teacher, private tutor, English teacher and preschool assistant.
